Warranty- WHAT IS COVERED AND FOR HOW LONG - Pontoon seams are covered for a period of five years from date of purchase. Product must be returned, freight prepaid, for evaluation. New World has the option to repair or replace subject to pro-rated charges set forth below: During the first or second year - no additional charges Third year - 60% charge Fourth year - 70% charge Fifth year - 75% charge Pro-rated charges will be a percentage of the suggested retail price as established by New World Mfg. Inc. and existing at the time of return of the SuperCat.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED - Defects or damage including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Cuts, punctures, abrasions or burns of any kind; 2. Any defects to the pontoons resulting from over inflation or other misuse; 3. Normal wear and tear.
